This place is what we might define affordable luxury: an old farmhouse restored and transformed into a guest-house, skillfully merged in the backdrop of Tuscan hills, yet overlooking over the stunning landscape of Versilia coast. Although the owner use to refer to it as a rural lodging, this is by far more than that a luxury dwelling hidden in nature, but close to everything.
By crossing the threshold, you are welcome by a warm intimate setting, full of charm and elegance, in which the country house atmosphere is enhanced by the careful selection of furnishing and aromas.

Only for slow living travellers

Freshly baked bread, croissants, warm cakes and flans, home-made jams, fresh fruit…these are just a sample of morning breakfast, which is prepared every morning to welcome the day and kick a good start. Gianluca, the chef, will cook for guest’s dinner twice in the week and the kitchen will be open to assist to his sophisticated creations and smell the scrumptious aromas of his dishes.
Art lovers will not be disappointed, as they will have the chance to contemplate and appreciate many art pieces scattered around the garden and in the house interiors. Most of these pieces comes from the owner’s private collection, but many other were left by artists as the ideal setting for their expositions.

This is the perfect starting point to explore Tuscany and Versilia.

Art and exterior

Beneath the wisteria pergolas in May and June, elegant wrought iron furnishings accommodate guests, offering the pleasures of having breakfast, good reading or simply a firendly conversation. In the summer the terrace becomes the ideal place to refresh and get some cool breeze. In early spring and Autumn is perfect for a morning brunch to soak in the sun.

The suites

Its three floors accommodate 12 between rooms and suites, decorated with elegance and one-off-pieces, refined 1920’s art déco style furnishings and 1970’s vintage design furniture. Colours and scents give life to a highly elegant and harmonious atmosphere in which silence and privacy reign. Every floor has a cozy reception room and a pleasant terraced area for guests to re-discover a quiet and tranquil conviviality.

Ideal for small intimate weddings or family reunions

The guesthouse is also welcoming couples to celebrate destination weddings and family reunions in the intimacy of its gardens and interiors. Civil ceremonies can be arranged at both Comune di Camaiore and Pietrasanta and for those willing to exchange vows at sunset on a sandy beach, there is a special agreement with a beach club and we can take care of every organizational detail.
