The villa sleeps up to 15 + 2 people ( sofa bed ) in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Excellent location for large family reunions and small weddings.

The property consists of a beautiful Eighteenth century residence nestled within the Versilia hills dominating the Tuscan coast, and surrounded by manicured Italian gardens and centuries-old olive groves.

A charming Italian garden with rose and citrus trees looking towards the sea is at the villa entrance. Few steps away on the left of the living room is a spacious nice furnished covered loggia ideal for al-fresco dining and behind it there is the panoramic pool.

The restoration has been carried out with full respect of the original building materials and has created a stylish holiday retreat, which retains all the charm of the historic residence together with the tranquillity and privacy of a private home.

The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, Versilia plains and Tuscan hills can be appreciated from the house, swimming pool, gardens and terrace.

At Villa Monteggiori your holiday is relaxation, nature, art, culture and sports. In addition to the local medieval town of Pietrasanta, the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa are easily reachable, and Florence and Siena respectively in 1 and 2 hours drive.

The marble quarries of Carrara in which Michelangelo carved his masterpiece are in 30 minutes drive away as are the “Cinque Terre”. The famous Versilia beaches and the golf course at Forte dei Marmi are located just minutes away and Apuan Alps are considered a paradise to hikers and climbers.

Designers shopping in the fashionable centre of Forte dei Marmi as well as artisanal boutiques in Pietrasanta are not to be missed. Both have car free centres.
