What is home-cooking?
He/She an amateur cook that has learned all knowledge and skills from daily life experiences, family kins and especially through their natural passion and curiosity for food and tastes. He/She will be happy to cook regional recipes as well as authentic Tuscan meals in a homely way directly at your place or ready for delivery depending on your plans. You do not need to think about restaurant recommendations or to worry about time, but you can enjoy seasonal Italian food in your villa or apartment. On demand you can also experience dinner-out at the cook’s place to experience the real Italian vibe. If you are willing to test your skills, let’s cook together and prepare your dishes from scratch as in any Tuscan house.
How it works?
You decide the day, activity or meal and we arrange with one of our cooks or you can directly select your preferred one. Some of them can be available for a whole week to prepare picnic baskets or frugal meals to eat on your way, while sightseeing around Tuscany. You can also choose among several themed menus, such as Pizza, gnocchi, game or wild boar, fish, BBQ. The costs will be calculated on a fixed time basis + the shopping. The shopping will be dealt with by the cooks, who usually rely on their most trustful butchers, grocery and food stores.

She will be happy to cook for a special event or to offer a home delivery service or cooking classes. She is very open, friendly and creative. She will be happy to cook pizza and fresh homemade pasta for you, using only genuine ingredients and veggies from her garden.
Giulia, foodblogger, food writer and food photographer…She is a food lover and strongly passionate with traditional cooking and tastes. She will be sharing her love for genuine Tuscan food as her gradma taught her! You will be enjoying cooking in a traditional country house in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, between Siena and Florence.
Antonella is a charming lady, who has always worked in the food&beverage field and has grown a fond interest on recipes and ingredients against allergies, gluten or other food intellorances. She also a great coinoisser of spices and olive oil, offering very intersting sensorial sessions. She lives of the Camaiore hills in a quaint cottage, which is special retreat for private meals or cooking classes.
Federica is the chef at the family restaurant in Viareggio. She is an expert of fish and will be able to cook some typical dishes, along with some unexpected ones. She is also mom to two children and knows how to entertain them, while making pizza and pasta. She usually welcomes guests at his restaurant for lunch or is ready to prepare tasty dishes for your private meals.
