Large detached villa in the hills of Maremma overlooking the lake of Santa Luce near Pisa, in the middle of a 5-hectare property. It is 1 km from Pomaia and 1.5 km from the village of Pastina; we are along the “Wine Route of the Pisan Hills” just 13 km from the coast.
The villa has been completely restored in 2005, measuring 250 square meters, spread over three floors with a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms:
Semi basement: three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area with direct access to the garden, a double bedroom with bathroom.
First floor: two double bedrooms, one with a roof terrace, two bathrooms with shower.

The villa is located in Pomaia, in the municipality of Santa Luce in the province of Pisa, known for the Tibetan Buddhist monastery “institute Lama Tsongkhapa.” Distance from the Sea (Cecina-Go-Castiglioncello) about 15 km, about 10 km from the highway, and is close to all the major cities of Tuscany.
Villa Pomaia has a living area of 420 square meters, is surrounded by a park of 10 000 square meters and is on three levels:
• On the ground floor there is a large living area with fireplace, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the garden, double bedroom and bathroom.
• Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a rooftop terrace.
• In the basement we have a large tavern with a central block of alabaster-shaped dining table, unique, various ancillary rooms, bathroom and a large box where there are at least four cars.
The villa was built with typical Tuscan materials: Impruneta terracotta, ceilings with exposed beams and rafters in chestnut, bricks typical of the place, unique pieces of handmade pottery; the furniture is made up of original Tuscan furniture of 600 and 800. The huge living room has a wonderful and cozy fireplace and great views over the valley, the kitchen it also has a large fireplace, a marble sink made of a single block, an exclusive Canadian stove, the dining area overlooks the park and big walnut table is perfect for 24 guests.

Garden (private with umbrellas, chairs, loungers) measuring 10 000 m is completely fenced and lighted; Dining under a delightful gazebo thanks to the outdoor cooking area with wood stove.
