“Cinque Terre with Serena” This was one of our favorite days during a two week largely italian intinerary. Serena was terrific. She was very knowledgeable, easy going and well organized. Her cost of the tour was truly “all inclusive” including a GREAT meal without limits on what we could eat or drink. She was more like a friend vs guide during our tour, taking time to personally know us, tailoring activities to our interests (and energy) and having “a few” drinks with us during lunch!! We have very high standards and i can recommend both her and itinerary without reservation.
