The villa is located on the hills of Versilia (a coastal region in north west Tuscany)  very close to the village of Camaiore where are located shops and restaurants.  Camaiore is reacheable within 5min by car .  There is a local  restaurant and small grocery shop nearby the property (10min walking)

The house has 5 bedrooms  with 4 bathrooms  (3 ensuite and 2 bedrooms they share one bathroom)  air-conditioning in all bedrooms only.

This wonderful farmhouse has been renovated recently following the tuscan tradition, it has a surface of 230 sqm and can accomodate up 10 people in 5 bedrooms (3 double  King size beds, 2 double queen bedded)

Located on the top of an hill, it’s surrounded by olive groves oak trees and vineyards and has a fenced , well maintained garden of 10.000 sqm ( 2.5 acres )

This is a 5 bedrooms house  which is furnished with antique furniture and under the tuscan tradition with at the same time the most modern amenities like air-conditioning in all bedrooms  and wireless internet.

The house is composed of 3 floors.

Ground floor:

• A spacious living room with open fire place 2 comfortable sofa’s
• Kitchen – dining area
• One step down from the living room there is a bathroom with shower, laundry room and pantry.

Mezzanine level:

• Studio room – library with fireplace, sofas and flat screen satellite TV  with door exit to the garden
• 1 twin bedroom (that can be converted in double) who sleeps on this room use the bathroom at ground floor.

1st floor:

• Master bedroom with king size bed with panoramic views  with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

Garden & Pool area:

The private garden is full of olive trees and bushes of lavender, roses and rosmarine.

At the front of  the house a veranda with a large table and wood oven, barbecue is available also.

From the house you walk down ( 50m ) trough the olive grove to the large pool (14m x 4m ) .

There is a changing room with toilet and outdoor hot and cold shower a Pergola with table and chairs and a BBQ with sink and stove top

Internet:

There is a internet connection wireless with satellite system which is included  (for info the owner has removed the function to download movies)

Garden and pool to relax

The garden and pool are illuminated at night, and the terraced pergola is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and local culinary specialities – and immerse oneself in the peace and tranquillity of this unique location.

The accommodation is self-catering, but on request a cook can be arranged to cook a special dinner for you at the villa, or give a Tuscan cooking class (learn how to make a perfect pizza in the wood oven!).
