Prepare yourself to drool…During the weekends in November San Miniato becomes a food fair an plein air. Not olny truffles, this is journey accross any kind of typical food from cured meat to cheese, olive oil, pasta, biscuits, chocolate…and dried hot peppers! Producers come from Tuscany, but also from all over Italy. Italian love making food shopping, expecially if it’s characteristic of a particular area. ‘Italians are always looking for food!’, I was told by one of my friends…and this is actually true, but how could you resist to all these treats?
