Versilia, Garfagnana and Lucca food excellence in show

I am not a foodblogger, nor I can aspire to become it, but I truly love good quality food and foodphotography. I am going to attend the event called Spazio Mediterraneo, which will be held in Milano on April 15-16 in the sophisticated frame of the Ernesto Meda Kitchens Loft.
Many small events will be presented, among these the show-cooking with spelt recipes by Federica Santini, chef at La Posteria restaurant in Viareggio.
