TUSCANY VILLA AND COUNTRY HOUSE VERSILIA

Country house Versilia is located on the hills of Viareggio, far few kilometers from Lucca, in the green hills of Tuscany. The Villa was built in the 1500 and is  still maintaining its glory and old style, although totally restored and refurbished with a touch of modern design.
The villa was a former part of a convent and the abbot’s house, then it was converted into private dwelling and hosted very famous characters, such as Napoleon, Giacomo Puccini, Princess Soraya, among the others.
Located in a charming panoramic position and surrounded by olive groves, the villa has a main building with 4 suites with private bathroom and a dependance with 3 self-catering apartments.
The pool area allows one of the best views of the area and can be a perfect venue for BBQ and lunches al fresco.
The villa can also be a perfect location for weddings and private events.
